Dear Parents,

The Jewish Community Center was very excited to have your child enrolled in the 2001 Camp Butwin / Artzi / Centerland summer programs.

Enclosed you will find a Parent Satisfaction Questionnaire which specifically is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the Special Needs Program at the St. Paul JCC. If you could, please fill out the form and return it to me by September 14, 2001. Your honest comments and recommendations are welcomed and will be used to assist us in determining the benefits of an inclusive camp setting. It will help us to make necessary changes to better serve you and your child in upcoming fall/ winter/ spring programming as well as many more years at camp.
